This is a FREE course run by EIT at the EIT Taradale campus. The course is over 2 weekends and participants need to be able to attend both weekend. It is a lovely way to be introduced to mindfulness or to have a mini-retreat if you are more experienced in mindfulness. 

In the first weekend, we will explore mindfulness of the mind. In the second weekend, mindfulness of the heart.
