I see adults and older adults for individual therapy. Therapy is available for a range of conditions. Suitable treatment approaches are based on your reason for seeking therapy, your needs and in accordance with your belief system.
Areas I DO NOT work in include Couples, Addiction and Eating Disorders.
We offer two types of semi-silent 5 day mindfulness and self love retreats.
